Description

Seemingly without 24 hours, in violation of MO Sunshine Laws, notice to media the location of the meeting was moved from City Hall in Ferguson to a Catholic church at the edge of the city. Meeting was also closed door, with the exception to Ferguson residents, which seems also to be a violation of MO Sunshine Laws.
