Victoire Labadie whose identity is proven by the testimony of Alexander J P. Garesche and L. R. Cortambert, two credible witnesses examined under oath, in Open Court, acknowledges the execution by her of a deed of Emancipation to Peter alias Peter Ware aged about forty four years. The ssaid Peter has a mole on the left part of his nose.
