STATE OF MISSOURI, SS.
COUNTY OF ST. LOUIS.
On the 20th day of August in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty-two, before me Aphonzo Wetmore, a Justice of the Peace for the County aforesaid, personally appeared Charles G. Ramsey, and made oath that he is the publisher of a Newspaper, printed and published in the City of St. Louis, called the St. Louis New Era, and that the advertisement, of which the annexed is a copy, was printed and published in said Newspaper for five weeks and five days successively, commencing on 16th July 1842 and ending on August 19th the first publication being in No. _______ the second publication being in No. _______
