Eliza Tindell, a free woman of color, aged about twenty nine years, five feet four inches high, quite dark complexion, comes and produces satisfactory evidence that she is of the class of free persons of color who may be licensed to reside in this State; that she is of good character and capable of supporting herself by lawful employment and enters into bond with security approved by the Court, conditioned for her good behavior, during her residence in this State. Whereupon the Court grant her a license to reside in the State of Missouri during good behavior.
