- In the beginning stages of every episode, a proposed shoot and content list for interviews would be developed. This one, for episode three of the series, outlines individuals to interview with a connection to the Cleveland election of Carl Stokes as mayor, as well as those involved with the Ocean Hill-Brownsville experimental school district. By listing possible interviews at this stage, it would allow for those in the production to estimate how much film and manpower would be necessary, as well as travel.
