This poetry submission won Coleman the 2020 NEA Creative Writing Fellowship and some of its poems are forthcoming in Coleman´s next book, scheduled for publication in 2024. The first poem in the submission, ¨Another Strange Land¨, first appeared in Academy of American Poets Poem-a-Day on March 24th, 2020, forthcoming in Red Wilderness (Four Way Books, 2024).
