Readings

Gass was not only a master of the written word, but of the performance of words as well. Internationally, Gass served as a visiting lecturer at over 150 institutes of higher education, gave readings at over 30 festivals and conferences, spoke at over 30 centers, hospitals, museums, etc., and delivered keynote addresses or participated in panels at over 50 conventions, associations, conferences and seminars. This is not even counting his frequent appearances at numerous local events, fundraisers, symposiums and conferences.
