Joy Williams was an only child and she had one daughter herself. Similarly, her parents raised German Shepherds, and she does too. Now known for always wearing sunglasses, we had to include a pair in the exhibit, along with an essay to her daughter, a snapshot of her with her husband Rust Hills, and a photograph of her with her dogs.
