- Showing off a map of geographically what Germany looked like before invasions occurred in World War II. Yardley illustrates an idyllic map of Germany based on what was perceived Hitler and the Nazi Party’s intentions were perceived as the Nazi Party begins to rise into power. In the central bottom of this illustration, an image of a concentration camp can be seen, however the egregious acts which occurred within seemed to be unknown to their full extent here.
